Kibibi has successfully directed global consumer marketing and employee communication strategies for Global 50 (Virgin Entertainment Group), Global 100 (GM, Intel, P&G) and Global 500 (Cisco, Nestle) organizations as well as media agencies, non-profits and start up businesses. Her diversified experience includes directing global communication strategies for consumer products and B2B services, project management for technology design and implementation teams, meeting design, group facilitation, professional coaching and writing.
Kibibi completed her B.A. in Communication Studies at the University of California at Santa Barbara and her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational & Consumer Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is an avid work/life balance advocate and enjoys promoting lifestyle habits that support today’s career/life challenges.
